This spice has been used for centuries to help with headaches, upset stomach, infection and treat inflammation. Add this zesty spice to a variety of dishes or enjoy a ginger tea.
Cloves – Cloves contain a property that helps to slow the production of a protein that is present in arthritis. This makes it have anti-inflammatory benefits to help treat and relieve arthritis pain and swelling. Cloves are used in baked goods, soups, stews or hot drinks like tea or cider.
